RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Bhuwana Tex, we want you to love what you order. Please review product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before purchasing. By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once packed or handed to our courier partner, cancellation is not possible. Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Valid reasons include: size issue, wrong product delivered, damaged item, or manufacturing defect.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same product/size isn't available, we'll offer an alternative product or store credit.
- The original product must be received and inspected before we dispatch the replacement.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided only for wrong products delivered or products received damaged.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video and photos of the issue.
- Refunds are not provided for: change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, minor color variation due to screen/lighting, or delayed requests.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement
For any claim of damaged, wrong, or missing items, we require a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. Without this, claims may not be accepted.
5. Condition for Returns
Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and free from stains, perfume, or alterations.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, items without tags, used items, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Shipping Charges for Returns
Reverse pickup or return shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the reason for return. Any charges will be communicated before processing.
8. Product Color Disclaimer
Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or photography lighting. This is not considered a defect.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tiruppur.
