At Bhuwana Tex, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery availability depends on serviceability at your pincode; we reserve the right to cancel orders to locations our courier partners cannot service.
2. Order Processing
Orders placed Monday to Saturday are typically processed within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Processing times may extend during sale periods or high-demand seasons.
3. Shipping Timelines
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 4–8 business days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Orders below this amount will have a shipping charge calculated at checkout based on your location and order value
- We reserve the right to update shipping charges without prior notice
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to activate after handover to the courier.
6. Customer Responsibility
Please provide accurate name, address, and contact details at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect address or unreachable contact information. Re-shipping charges due to incorrect details will be borne by the customer.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us (RTO). Re-dispatch may involve additional shipping charges.
8. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If a shipment is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order details, unboxing video, and photos. We'll offer a re-dispatch, store credit, or refund based on the situation.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tiruppur.
